Example Tracking Receipt

The following is an example of the full range of reporting options which may be available to you.

You will not see all of these fields listed together in your own tracking reports as they relate to more than one sending option.
Your tracking reports are based on how you send your emails and the data available to us at the time your recipient opened your message.
If some lines are not displayed in your own tracking reports, it is because the information is either not relevant, or not available.

Hold your mouse over the grey headings on the left for pop-up explanations of their meanings.

Please contact the server administrator, pr@CertEmail.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.
